Turmeric Chai

Turmeric chai has anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties and has been used as a culinary medicine in India for centuries. The Turmeric chai is really simple to make and perfect for boosting your immunity.


– 500ml Water
– 3 Slices of Ginger
– 3 Slices of Turmeric
– 2 Squashed Cardamom Pods
– 3 Cloves
– A Pinch of Fennel Seeds
– Almond Milk (optional)
– Honey (optional)


– Put water in a pan. Add the ginger, turmeric, squashed cardamom pods, cloves and a pinch of fennel seeds.
– Simmer for 5-6 minutes and strain the beverage into mugs.
– Drink as it is or add almond milk and honey, if you choose.
